On-line Registration / Membership

Register for most programs from the convenience of your home computer! Create a household membership for easy registration. Members will be able to view their program and payment history. It is very similar to internet shopping! On-line registration will be available starting August 15th programs in the 2015 Fall Brochure.

  • Step 1: Click here for our RecDesk page. Or paste http://hkrec.recdesk.com/recdeskportal/ into your browser. Some browsers don’t work as well as others…if you are having trouble, try a using a different browser such as Google Chrome.
  • Step 2: Register as a new member. Create a login name and password. Fill in your family household information. You will have to make sure your internet settings are set to allow cookies.
  • Step 3: Register for available programs, and pay by credit card.

Fees / Refund Policy

When fees are charged, payment is due at the time of registration. Refunds will be given if requested at least 72 business hours prior to the start of a program. If you choose to pay by cc, credit card processing fees are non-refundable and any refunds will be issued as a check or credit on your Rec. Desk account. There will be a $2 service fee if we refund by check. There will be no refunds on excursions two weeks prior to the trip. Once an activity has begun, there will be no refunds except in the case of illness or injury (with a medical note) or relocation. Refunds will then be given on a pro-rated basis. Refunds will be given if a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment (minus the cc processing fees).
